Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, each box comes a white sleeve or packer per customer's requirement, then bulk packed into inner box and outer carton.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll send photos of completed products to you before shipment.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45-50 days after receiving your deposit. The accurate delivery date depends on your order quantity and material availbility.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. 

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: if order confirmed and deposit has been received, we will provide free sample for approval. Courier cost would be at customer's expense.
